We are very excited to be a part of the Members Core Alliance. The Georgia CUSO concept has been discussed for many years and to see it finally become a reality is very satisfying. This arrangement will allow small to mid-sized credit unions to take advantage of software solutions at a fraction of the cost because of the group buying power. In addition, member credit unions will be positioned to work together on back office collaborations to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

This is the most exciting thing to happen in the Georgia credit union industry since the formation of CSI (now Affiliates Consolidated Services) to process share drafts. We are off to a great start and interest is starting to increase around the state. We are also very pleased to partner with Sharetec to offer the Sharetec solution in an CUSO environment. Sharetec brings a wealth of knowledge and resources to the table and they are equally enthusiastic about this new endeavor.
